Final count

So the daily stats were interesting. I used the gas, brake and gear shift less than half as much as yesterday, but went a whopping 640 miles today. Certainly a new personal record, if you keep track of things like that. 

I am disappointed that all the rain in Arkansas and Kansas made me take this southern route, but i am enjoying it too. It's life's palate. All amazing tastes. 

I am staying tonight at the aloft in Plano. I'll get an early start again, and try to get at least to New Mexico by tomorrow.
